While my previous offerings still apply, I’ve found that true digital privacy today requires stepping outside these dominant platforms—relying on them inherently limits control over your data.

I now specialize in guiding people toward truly private, independent tools and services that prioritize ownership, transparency, and freedom from corporate surveillance.

Initial Consultation (Suggested $50)

At the outset of our consultation, my primary goal is to understand your unique needs concerning confidentiality, integrity, and availability—key elements that form the foundation of your personal or business cybersecurity. Each organization or individual has specific vulnerabilities and priorities, and my aim is to ensure that these are thoroughly understood before recommending tailored solutions.

Given the sensitive nature of the discussions we will have, which may involve personal or professional details, I require a confidentiality agreement. This agreement ensures that your information is protected and that I am legally bound to respect your privacy throughout our engagement.

Additionally, because this is a professional consultation—rather than a casual conversation—the time, knowledge, and resources I dedicate to understanding your cybersecurity needs come with a fee. This fee is part of our process of building trust, so you can feel confident that your valuable information is in secure hands from the very start. The agreement and fee establish clear, transparent boundaries, allowing us to move forward with a shared understanding and commitment to safeguarding your interests.

At the conclusion of the call it will be established if you would like a personal security plan drafted.

After our initial consultation, my next steps will be to create a recommended security plan based on our conversation. This plan will be drafted at a cost of $50 and will include the following:

Customized Solution Proposal: I will prepare a tailored cybersecurity strategy that addresses your specific needs and priorities. This proposal will outline the recommended steps, tools, and practices designed to protect your information and systems. I can also draft estimated costs for my recommendations.

During this time, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, suggest adjustments, and ensure that the plan aligns with your expectations and goals. This will give you a chance to provide feedback and make any necessary changes to the plan before we move forward.

After you have some time to review the plan, you’ll decide if you’d like to move forward with further help in implementing the proposed solutions. Once this is decided, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to review the proposed solutions in detail.

Once we finalize the solution, I will guide you through the implementation process, ensuring that each phase is manageable and effective.  If necessary, I will coordinate with you or any third party vendors to implement specific tools or systems.

Ongoing Support + Monitoring (See fee structure below)

Cybersecurity is an evolving process, and I offer continued support to monitor the effectiveness of the solution, address and emerging threats, and adjust the strategy as needed. Though this service is optional, it is highly recommended for up to a year for best practices learning. Regular check ins will help you maintain the highest level of security over time.

Continuous Improvement (See fee structure below)

As part of our partnership, I will recommend periodic reviews to assess any changes in your security needs, ensuring that your approach stays up-to-date and resilient in the face of new challenges.

Suggested Donation/Fee: $50

   Suggested Donation/Fee: $50 (Individual), $100 (Family), $150 (Professional)

The deliverables phase involves finalizing and providing the agreed-upon cybersecurity solutions. This fee covers the creation of comprehensive documentation, tools, and strategies to be implemented, which may include security policy development, risk assessments, system configurations, and more. The deliverables provide actionable guidance and steps to ensure that your business or personal cybersecurity is strengthened.

Duration: Project-based (usually 1-3 weeks for comprehensive proposals)

   Included:

  •   Detailed cybersecurity solution document (including recommended tools, policies, and processes)

  •   Step-by-step implementation plan

  •   Risk management strategies and prioritized actions

  •   Security policy templates or custom policy creation

Ongoing Support and Maintenance (Optional)

Suggested Donation/Fee: $50 per month, $100 quarterly (retainer or support contract) or $50 per hour as needed.

Retainer-Based Option:

  Clients can choose to retain my services on a monthly or quarterly basis for continuous monitoring, updates, and support. Otherwise it will be a suggested donation/fee of $50/hour.

 Cybersecurity is a continuous process, and I offer ongoing support to monitor and adapt your security strategy as needed. This can include monthly check-ins, updates, or addressing any security incidents that may arise.

   Included:

  • Monthly or quarterly system health check and review of security posture

  • Incident response and troubleshooting assistance

  • Quarterly strategy reviews or assessments
