Initial Consultation & Assessment

The Foundation of Your Security

Before we discuss tools or settings, we need to understand you. This session is dedicated to uncovering your specific vulnerabilities, priorities, and goals.

What Happens: We discuss your current digital footprint, your concerns (e.g., banking, family safety, professional privacy), and your readiness to make changes. Questions to consider before this meeting include:

  • When building a security plan answer these six questions:

    1. What do I want to protect?

    2. Who do I want to protect it from?

    3. How bad are the consequences if I fail?

    4. How likely is it that I will need to protect it?

    5. How much trouble am I willing to go through to try to prevent potential consequences?

    6. Who are my allies?

      The Process:

    7. Confidential : Due to the sensitive nature of our discussion, a Confidentiality Agreement is required before we begin. This legally binds me to protect your privacy.

    8. Professional : This is a professional engagement. A consultation fee applies to cover the time and expertise dedicated to understanding your unique situation.

    9. Outcome : By the end of the call, we will determine the best path forward for your security needs.

Your Roadmap to Privacy

Upon completion of your consultation, you gain immediate access to the Resources page. This is designed as a central hub for resources you need to secure your digital life and decide how you might want to move forward after we speak.

What You Get:

  • Curated Resource Library: Device-specific guides (Android, Windows, iOS, etc.), step-by-step instructions, and app recommendation lists. These are regularly updated to reflect the latest security patches and privacy tools.

  • Exclusive Blog Access: Deep-dive articles on emerging threats, privacy strategies, and "how-to" tutorials that go beyond the basics, and are often at clients’ requests.

  • Migration Guidance: Specialized resources for moving out of "Big Tech" ecosystems into other more private and secure, alternatives.

Monthly Group Office Hours

Best for: Troubleshooting common issues, learning from peers, and staying accountable.

  • Cost: $25 per person per session

  • Format: 2-hour small group video call.

  • How it Works: We tackle 3-4 specific questions submitted in advance. This is the perfect place to ask, "I followed these instructions of my plan, but this error popped up—what do I do?"

  • Ideal For: Clients who have a plan and need help with the "little things" that take time to research.

Individual Office Hours

Best for: Complex migrations, sensitive data transitions, or deep-dive troubleshooting.

  • Cost: $50 per hour

  • Format: 1-hour private video call (1 - 4 slots often available throughout the month).

  • How it Works: A confidential space to walk through your specific implementation hurdles.

  • Ideal For: High-stakes privacy needs or issues that require deep, uninterrupted research.
